EU Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are willing to do so.
Note for launch: The provider address is a legal requirement under § 5 DDG and must be completed with a real, valid address before public launch. Under the EU Digital Services Act (since October 2024), Apple also displays the developer's contact details publicly in the EU App Store, configured separately in App Store Connect.
